Q: Can you guarantee me a profit?
A: As a general rule my subscribers do very well indeed if they follow the staking plan as advised. There will always be months when we take a (usually small) loss, but these are offset against our longer term profit.

Q: How many tips will you provide, and when?
A: Regular subscribers will be aware that I do not send information daily, or when the quality of racing is such that a wager is not advisable. I tend to come into my own at midweek festival type meetings, of which there are plenty throughout the year. My selections are ALWAYS sent before 10am, and often they will be sent out the night before, or even days in advance. As a rule of thumb I tend to advise on races which are of Class 3 grade and above and SmS messages are sent between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT.

Q: Can I pay by cheque or money order?
A: I only use PayPal for payment online processing as it is safe, secure, and you have the additional benefit of thier Buyer Protection Scheme. You can pay using any credit or debit card, and we pay the fees. Subscriptions are collected and managed by Digital Information Services Ltd on my behalf.

Q: Can you provide me with recent statistics?
A: My yearly stat’s are published on the banner on our home page and recent advices are posted here. I regret that I am unable to furnish you with full spreadsheet style analysis as, quite frankly I could send you any set of figures. By posting recent bets on my website, they are visible for both current and prospective subscribers, and if I were posting incorrect data, I’d soon lose respect (and subscribers).

Q: Do you proof your results to anyone?
A: Once upon a time I did, but as this service relies strictly on VALUE, I found that although subscribers were able to get on at a big price, the subsequent starting price was much lower, so I had to stop. Visitors to my proofed stat’s page would ask me why I advised an each-way selection at 5/1, when in fact my subscribers got 16/1 early doors!

Q: How do I receive your Festival Information if you cannot send this via SmS?
A: If you subscribe to one of my Festival Services, the information will appear in the Members Area for you to view. If you subscribe to any of my other services, you will also receive a text message with the day’s nap if applicable.

Q: Can you really deliver SmS messages worldwide, and does it cost any more?
A: Yes, almost all countries can receive messages and there is no extra charge for this. If you’d like me to send you a test message to a non-uk mobile, just contact me. Remember, I receive delivery reports for all messages sent and in the unlikely event that you are unable to receive my messages a full no quibble refund will be given for any days on which I am unable to deliver advice.
